Remembrance Day Ceremony @ CSS Today
I want to thank our veterans for participating in the Chatelech Secondary School Remembrance Day Ceremony. It was great to hear from veterans, teacher Mr. Jeff Marshall and Mr. Ian Williams.
The CSS Band did a great job as did the Flag party.
It is a ceremony that was very meaningful and gave us a chance to ponder about those who gave their lives for our freedom.

SD 46 Coordinator of Transitions, David Barnum, led a session of about 50 educators yesterday afternoon dealing with ways to improve transitions from elementary school to high school. Some very good ideas came out and may lead to some exciting initiatives in the coming years.

Girls' Volleyball vs ESS
Our senior girls' team was in tough vs a strong Elphinstone squad in tonight's match. I had to go to our PAC Meeting so I did not get a chance to get the final score.
Have a good evening.

PSI Day At CSS
We had a number of representatives from various post secondary institutions at CSS today for our annual PSI Day. It is an excellent way for our senior students to get relevant information about various post-secondary school options.
