Mrs. Sutherlands Foods class made some delicious zucchini chocolate muffins that they wanted to share-- they were excellent. Mrs. Marsh's grade 9 students were doing an experiment using Bunsen burners when I stopped by her class later in the day. Our students are really engaged in their work, which is a testament to their teachers.
We had a very productive staff meeting after school today. Cst. Sheppard presented some important information regarding school safety and our lock down procedures, which is part of his mandate. This educational piece is important for all of us to ensure our schools remain safe.
